These terms govern your use of the JingleAds website and services, provided by Valgreen Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Services

JingleAds provides marketing services for home-service contractors, including custom jingle production and advertising setup, referral-network building, and AI receptionist configuration. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are agreed in writing (including by email) before work begins.

Payment

Fees are as quoted in writing. For jingle production, no payment is due until you approve the final jingle. For the AI receptionist, the 14-day pilot carries a full refund if the service does not answer calls and book jobs as described.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website or our services, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

SMS Communications (JingleAds SMS Program)

Program name: JingleAds SMS — recurring automated marketing and service messages from JingleAds (Valgreen Services LLC) about custom jingle ads, referral-network services, and AI receptionist services.

How to opt in: provide your mobile number through the contact form on this website or through a direct business inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency: recurring messages, typically up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency varies by conversation.

Rates: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Support: reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at management@valgreenservices.com.

Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Our Privacy Policy describes how your mobile number is handled, including our no-sharing commitment for SMS data.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final jingle produced for your business, including commercial usage rights. Website copy, templates, and materials on this site remain our property.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valgreen Services LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
